  • What is your Return Policy?

    Regular Priced Running Shoes – We know that trying shoes around the house doesn’t give you the full story. Take them for a spin wherever you like to go - a little dirt builds character! If you find that you don’t love them within the first 30 days, simply return them in their original box for an exchange or store credit. Any new and unused regular priced shoe in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

    Apparel and Accessories – Any new and unused regular priced apparel or accessories in their original packaging with tags on can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

    Sorry no returns on nutrition products or sale items.

    We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.

  • How do I make a return or exchange?

    You can either bring your product(s) back to the store or send it back to us. If sending them to the store, please call the store to set up the return or exchange.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Roughly 2-5 business days. For all online orders, you will receive a confirmation of shipment, with tracking (please check your spam folder if you did not receive). If you require a tracking number for orders purchased in store or by phone, please call the store, and we’ll… track that down for you.😀

  • What is your international shipping policy?

    We love seeing our products all around the world, but as of right now we limit our shipping to the lower 48 States.
